Ray Guy explains how to use onside kicks An onside kick can be used at any time to create a big play, but usually these kicks are employed when the game is on the line and the kicking team desperately needs the ball in the hands of its offense.

I want to thank you and all the coaches at the camp. It was so comprehensive I was pleasantly surprised. The camp really will help me become a better snapper. I am looking forward to working with the staff again. I do believe that they can help me take my skill to the next level.

The knowledge that both Rick Sang and Ray Guy provide to each individual person is the fine tuning that is needed to help achieve success. Through the ten years that I have known both of these men, they have helped lay the groundwork for me in which I use to have continued success through college and in the NFL.

I wanted to express my thanks to Rick, Ray and the rest of the staff. My 12 year old son, Hamilton, greatly enjoyed and benefited from the Charlotte / Wingate camp this past weekend. We also appreciate your staff working with him appropriately (as a 12 year old) when most of the students are high schools. We look forward to attending another camp in the near future. This was our 2nd camp.

I am writing to say thanks for the assistance that Ray Guy and you have given to my son George Pierson, who was recently selected as the 1st team Punter for the Southwest Junior College Football Conference. George is also highly ranked nationally, both as a punter and as a kicker, and he is being actively recruited by several D1 and D2 schools…We signed him up for the Ray Guy winter camp in Dallas, Texas and the punting instruction there became the basis for a lot of success later. Subsequently, he has attended another Ray Guy camp and we are grateful for the quality teaching skills in your camps. Thanks again to Ray Guy, to you, and the other Prokicking instructors.

Drew just attended a combine in Colorado where coaches from all over were there scouting. There were about 400 senior football players looking for a school to pick them up. Drew did very well, kicking 45-55 yards field goals with no problem. Then a staff member threw a major curve; he brought down a bag of unbroken in footballs (they were like bricks). Drew saw what was happening and picked up some of the balls and went to the goal line and kicked in the net for about 45 minutes. He then began to back up all the way to the 45 yard line. A lot of the coaches there were watching how he could adapt to this challenge. The other players dropped like flys with the unbroken in footballs. I asked Drew what made him adapt to this challenge and he replied that he remembered the DVD from the Ray Guy/Prokicker.com camp. He said he WASN'T about to embarrass himself, so figured he needed to start all over to the goal line and work it out. It shows me that the fundamentals are the most important and that is what he has learned from you guys. I can't thank you guys enough for all you have done with my son.

My son Cory attended your camp at Eastern Kentucky University this past week. It was the second time he has participated in Prokicker/Ray Guy Kicking Camp and as a camper, he expressed to me that he really enjoyed his interaction with the coaching team and that they were very supportive and helpful with their instruction.
As a parent with a great deal of professional experience in this area, I too appreciate the manner in which the camps are organized and the attention to detail that you and your staff exhibit. It was uniquely evident that your team worked equally with the young inexperienced camper as well as the more seasoned and developed athletes.
In addition, not many campers will understand what Ray Guy accomplished as a punter, but as a parent who watched him in his prime with the Raiders, I can't describe my excitement to see him interact with my son on a one on one level. It's very impressive to view his support and genuine concern in each and every camper. He's not a celebrity lending his name to a business; he's giving back to the profession every day, camper by camper with great consideration. He understands that a young person's life can be impacted and altered by a single comment or praise.
Thank you for you sharing your expertise. Feel free to utilize any of my comments as you see fit and thanks again for your efforts to enrich your campers. Keep up the good work!

Hi, this is Bob Robertson and I just wanted to thank Ray, Rick and all the staff for an excellent camp experience. Having been a teacher for 27 years, I can tell you that the attention to "details" showed just how great of a teaching and coaching job was accomplished. Also, the openness and friendliness to the parents and grandparents made this a wonderful experience for this old granddad.

As a parent of a recent camper, I just wanted you to know how beneficial and helpful your camp was. David is the youngest of nine. He has 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Needless to say, we have been all over the country and have attended all kinds of camps for various sports. Without question, your camp has been the best we have ever encountered. Thanks again to all the coaches.
