I have played soccer since the age of 4. I played competatively for 5 years serving as goal keeper and forward. In April of this year I was asked by the head football coach of my high school to be their kicker. I attended 2 camps over the summer and practiced kicking daily. Before the summer was over the head coach pulled me to varsity starter. Due to a senior kicker returning I was asked to kick for JV. I saw that as an opportunity to work on my skills and settle into the game environment. After finishing out my time on JV I returned to Varsity to finish out their season & I took over the starting position. I see my hard work and my first season kicking as an accomplishment that I am very proud of.
