Refund Policy

Order Delivery:
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order (not including holidays and weekends). For an additional fee, orders can be sent via overnight delivery. All overnight delivery orders must be ordered by phone to ensure availability and delivery.
 
Exchanges and Returns:
Items may be exchanged within 30 days for a different size or for an item (of the same value) at no cost to the customer other than shipping and handling charges. Any returns will be applied a minimum re-stocking fee of $25 dollars (each item) plus all shipping and handling charges. If the item purchased is valued less than $25, no additional fees other than shipping and handling will be applied. Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item has been used or worn there will be no refund. All books and video sales are final. All personalized web site sales are final, including the option to add the personalized video. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.

Any information (including photos, videos and links) regarding other kicking camps (or related organizations) in competition with Prokicker.com is NOT allowed. Prokicker.com reserves all rights for any adjustments (including cancellation) regarding each personal webpage to ensure security, access, accuracy and integrity. 
 
Camp / Instruction Refund Policy
Important Note: This instructional program is part of a nationally scheduled tour with major commintments regarding facilities, travel, staffing and equipment. Prokicker.com reserves all rights for any staff, schedule and site changes including applicant acceptance, enrollment limits, program requirements and instructional needs.
  • Refunds will be considered for medical reasons only. Documentation must be provided. A $75.00 minimum administrative fee will be charged. Approved refunds may take minimum 30 days to be processed.
  • Transfers may be considered to our camp events nationwide
  • Participant's cancellation notice must be received ten (10) days prior to registration for that particular session.
  • Paid fees may be applied toward future enrollment or may be transfered to another athlete.
  • Transfers WILL NOT  be considered beyond one (1) year of the initial registered session.
  • There will be NO CANCELLATIONS REGARDLESS OF WEATHER AND / OR TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
